Cube Project: A Bioproduction Hub at the Heart of Genopole

Located at the heart of the Genopole biocluster in Évry-Courcouronnes, the Cube Project is fully integrated into the industrial development of the Grand Paris Sud area. Designed to support the growth of companies in the bioproduction sector, it complements the existing offer by providing rental solutions tailored to the needs of industrial players.

Cube provides flexible spaces that can serve either as pilot halls for established companies or as production sites for innovative project leaders. This building, designed for rapid operational use, complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), thereby facilitating the transition from research to industrialization. It also offers 107,640 sq ft of adaptable spaces to meet a wide variety of needs.

Bois Sauvage Project

An innovative project to support companies in bioproduction and biotechnology

The Bois Sauvage Project is located in close proximity to the Genopole biocluster in Évry-Courcouronnes and is part of a dynamic of economic and scientific development. This project aims to support the growth of biotechnology and bioproduction companies with flexible real estate solutions tailored to the specific needs of each player in the sector.

Bois Sauvage offers a diversified real estate offer for companies in the R&D phase or industrial development. These spaces are modular and can be fitted out according to each company’s requirements, in particular to host laboratories or production lines. How soon can I move in ?

The average installation timeframe is about two months from the first visit, subject to approval of the application by the economic and scientific validation committee.

After validation of the needs, constraints, and objectives, an adapted real estate solution is proposed. Once this is accepted, the lease is signed and the move-in date is set.

What does SEM Genopole offer ?

SEM Genopole offers a wide range of services and infrastructures tailored to the needs of companies and laboratories. It provides a load capacity from 350 to 1000 kg as well as modular laboratory spaces of type L1, L2 (up to ISO5 and Class B), and L3 (GMP). A pilot production unit is also available.

The sites are equipped with gas parks (CO₂, O₂) and shared facilities: equipped washrooms, –80 °C freezer rooms, nitrogen room, cold rooms, as well as areas dedicated to the management of infectious waste (DASRI).

For comfort and collaboration, meeting spaces, coworking areas, and social spaces are accessible, including a company restaurant and a cafeteria.

Security is ensured through video surveillance and 24/7 guarding. In addition, some buildings benefit from backup generator support in the event of a power outage.
